MC372LL/A is the part number for the MBP i5 2.53GHz standard config for the U.S. market. I believe the part number for that same model for the U.K. market (where you're based in according to your profile) is the MC372B/A. 
However, seeing that you've got a BTO model with a HR screen, it is likely to be Z0J5. I could be wrong with this last number that I mentioned.

the ZOJ5 number is corrected I needed the base model number as I was buying RAM and it was ordered via model number I am happy 8GB on its way as well as an SSD
