So... I don't own an Apple Watch however I' have been keeping an eye on them.

Any chance Apple would do a matching Product Red Watch?

I Know I'd be all over it even though I have not worn a watch in decades.

Doubtful. The Product Red has primarily been just available for the iPod and iPhone. I don’t see it ever being available to the Apple Watch, aside from the Product Red band.
