productivity application

Anyone know of a productivity application that encompasses, calendar, notes, alerts etc for mac that has an application for the iPhone and also doesn't require me to use iCloud? Basically syncing via iTunes and not the cloud?

-probably nothing out there but, I wanted to ask either way just incase.

The included Apple Apps can be synced through iTunes only if you desire, simply disable their iCloud Features on your devices, and disable iCloud on the computer, and you are all set. Everything else available, syncs through some sort of cloud service, and cannot have data synced via iTunes.
