Profile Caching Issue

Have two profiles on my MBA. Both profiles were upgraded from Snow Leopard to the newest BETA version of Lion. Profile A seems to be working fine. Profile B on the other hand does not seem to be saving a single setting on the profile. Made changes to touchpad, grid snapping, and after I log out/log in settings are back to the way they were. Any ideas?
