Profile folder for Firefox and thunderbird

I'm running Mac Mini model-power mac 10.1. In this machine I'm unable to find the profile folder for Firefox and Thunderbird. This for stores the information specific to a user. How to search that?

Anyhow. Look in /Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/somegibberish.default/

I haven't got Thunderbird, but I guess it's near by...
