Hi,
I've just bought a printer/scanner (canon mg6150) and had some real dramas setting it up. Essentially all the functions work and the systems communicate with each other but every time I try to scan an image I get a message stating that I have "insufficient memory".
After reinstalling the newest version of the drivers (as advised by canon) even the main driver programme will not load and claims that insufficient memory is available. My system is running Leopard with 4Gb and over 170 Gb in VM available according to the activity monitor.
Interestingly the application works with no issues when I'm logged into the guest account so it must be a profile issue.
Anyone have an idea here? I'm rapidly running out of ideas!
Thanks
DT
