Profiles App?

Any type of app similar to how Blackberry had profiles, where you could have presets for each profile so you wouldn't have to adjust the tone and volume for each individual thing when you wanted to change something?

Aren't a change in profile just about the same as a change in volume. As studies show, the only profiles people use are (General) and (silent)
I could be wrong though

To me a timed profile function seems like such a nobrainer. My old Nokia dumb phone could do it. I want to have a customizable work profile, which in my situation would shut off wifi and Bluetooth and silence the phone. This profile would expire each word day at 6pm, etc. it would save battery life.
