Hi all,

I just updated my iMac and MacBook Pro to macOS 11.2.2 and I opened System Preferences and saw this new icon called "Profiles" in the lower right corner. Never seen this before, and it is only showing on my iMac. I took a screen shot of the icon and what shows up when you click on it. No clue what this is or where it came from...any ideas?

Also, the startup chime is broken on my iMac now as well.

The other person must be in Central Time since that profile shows a time stamp of an hour before mine! 😂

Try removing it as you normally would a profile.
I thought about it, but it gives a warning when you do saying that it may prevent certain apps from running if it is deleted. Might just leave it along and wait for the next update...

Same profile appeared after today's iMovie updates. After removing it iMovie still launches, so it is probably safe to remove.
