program for denying java script alerts.

what program do you guyse use to stop these annoying ass java script pop up boxes...i have adblock for safari but i dont think that does anything. pithhelmet and glimmer blocker dont do anything unless im doing something wrong please help....for a test i went on piratebays website and when i type in isohnts website to leave piratebay thats when it prompts it

TPB does not use popup ads.

so i dont understand why i get these then ive tried about everything....so far ive got them 3 times on 3 different sites from doing the same action advertising the same thing. its not random at all.
