program or tool to set password change for users every 30 days not on ad

I have a bunch of macs in work inv that are all stand alone and not joined to apple server or via ad .Is there any program or terminal command that i can set users to change there password every 30 days and get a warning message how we where able to do with directory manager which don't work with 10.10.3 unless u have mac server insatlled and joined .Any stand alone program that i can set users tourist password after certain amount of days .I can do that on the pc but on macs haven't been able to

wow no answers form any mac guys huh interesting lol its simple tool yet it don't exist until its added to ad account or joint to domain
