Program to backup/ghost entire harddrive

Hi i wan't to replace the harddrive in my old G4 ibook with a spare harddrive i have.

However i dont want to make a fresh install of OS, so i was wondering:
What software can i use to make a ghost copy of my current HD to the new one, so i can boot from new one?

Carbon Copy Cloner, SuperDuper!, Time Machine, just to name a few...

CCC or SuperDuper are the best route to take, forget Time Machine.

My vote goes to SuperDuper. You can even do this with the free version.
