Im looking for a program where i can split an MP3 at a certain point to make 2 or more MP3's

Wouldn't Quick Time do this? You might have to upgrade to Pro but it should be a simple cut and paste.

Search for XMP3Split. It is free but you can only split in time segments.
Exp: Mp3 file that is 3hrs long can be split into segments of 10 minutes each.
