Program to combine photos into one (like Photoscape on Windows)

Hi everyone, I'm desperately trying to look for a software that works like Photoscape (originally from Windows) for my Macbook Pro.

Do you all know of any programs that does things like Photoscape?

In other words, there is no real equivalent application to Photoscape for Mac OS X.
