Program to record video from isight?

I'm just wondering if theres a program that can capture small video from isight?

there's a little switch, to import video, from the drag menu...click isight

Oh sweet that works now I have another question 9 seconds of footage was 7.7MB any way to get that down to a smaller size?

Yeah export your iMovie to MPEG4.
