Program to sync audio across the Mac?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if there is a program out there that let's me sync the audio output of my macbook pro for everything that's running.

I'm not talking about syncing audio with video for .avi files or something.
For example I'm watching the NFL with Gamepass Online in a browser, and the audio there is always 2sec ahead of the video feed.

Is there a program that let's me just delay any audio output in order to manually sync it with what I'm seeing on the screen?

I'm not sure whether it has the capacity, but Audio Hijack might be a possibility. If anyone has produced something that can do it, I'd put my money on Rogue Amoeba Software.
