Program to take many screencaps of a video

I'm looking for a mac program that will take automated screenshots from a video file (.avi .mov .mpg). Something like this

this is not my image..found it on a forum. but this is what im looking for if there is such a thing in a mac program

Co-sign on this. I've been looking for a app that does this as well. Windows Media Player was able to do it. But I can't find one for Macs.
