macOS Programmer(s) to work on Flight Sim

For a coupel of years I ve been kicking around ideas about a combat flight sim for the mac. I don't know programming I am able to do art and design/ gameplay etc. I wanted to see if there are some programmers that wanted to work part time on some games. Ultimately forming a company and polished game.
