Programming ideas for birthday??

Hello, so every year for my dad's birthday I make a program...for desktop or iOS. Do you guys have any ideas? I thought of maybe a game or animation or something...I have no ideas. :/

How about some game where he is the character you play with? You could use a photo of him and have to collect things relevant to his interests etc.

Or just get a card, and a nice bottle of something!
