programs arent showing

i finally got it to jailbreak but some programs i choose to load using winpwn arent there like some games and utilities? how do i get them to show?

I used winpwn 2.5 and 1.14 ipsw.

and i dont have cydia i just have a installer that doesnt work can someone please tell me the winpwn and ipsw to make this work the correct way please
