Just launch Disk Utility, as the article says in the first sentence. Select your drive and click "Repair Disk Permissions"
ScreenCap 1.PNG

You can also boot from the grey Restore DVD and use Disk Utility from that.
From the same link I posted:
Should I start up from a Mac OS X install disc to repair disk permissions?

When possible, disk permissions should be repaired while started up from a Mac OS X volume (hard disk) that contains Mac OS X, instead of a Mac OS X installation disc.

i reparied permissions and restarted, but i'm having the same problems.

programs are not opening, or opening then crashing.

when i veryfied the disks, the said it was ok

what now?

can anyone help me more with my situation?

i just got the macbook and i dont know why this is happening

please help????!?!?!?
