This first occured last night, when I tried to open VisualBoyAdvance. VBA appeared on the dock, but nothing else happened, and when I right-clicked it, it had Force Quit in the menu. I clicked it, but nothing happened. So I used the manual Force Quit, and that worked. Then I tried opening VBA again, and it locked up another time. Once again, the Dock menu force quit didn't work. I thought it was just a random problem, and that logging out would fix it. So I clicked log out, and it didn't log out because of VBA. Then I tried to use Option+Command+Esc. to force quit it, and that wouldn't load. Five minutes later it popped up, but I couldn't click it. Then after many attempts to shut down my computer, I had to just hold in the power button to turn it off.

Then it happened again today, when I tried loading Photoshop (although VBA seems to be working now) to finish some art I was working on. Photoshop froze before it even showed the starting up screen. Then I couldn't log out or shut down, so once again I had to hold in the power button.

Now, Photoshop won't load again. I have no idea what the problem is, but if anyone of you do, please help.

Thanks in advance,
Keith

EDIT: Of course, after I post, Photoshop loads. But I'd still like to know what the problem is/was.
