Progress Bar when listening to audio on iPhone?

Quick question... is it just me, or is there no progress bar when you're listening to audio on the iPhone?

I've always kinda liked knowing how much time has elapsed, how much is remaining while I'm listening to stuff (especially Podcasts that can be considerably longer than just a normal song).

Am I missing something, or does the iPhone not have this feature?
