Today, I wanted to connect my iBook (G3) to a projector for a presentation. I had never any problems with this, using a large number of projectors all over the world. Today, however, it did not work out and I was told that the problem is likely to be caused by the refresh rate. So I went to System Preferences > Displays, but the menu offered only 75Hz to me (60Hz was also there, but disabled), which seems to be too high for today's projector. Is there any other way to control the refresh rate for the external display (preferably 60Hz)?

Thanks in advance for any help.
