iPhone 12 Pro Max Promax 12 keeps pocket dialing when "locked"?

Hi,

For some reason, iphone 12 pro max keeps accidentally facetiming/calling people or activating video when i hit off button on right side. i accidentally facetimed my boss when phone was in my pocket because she had imessaged me and somehow it facetimed her while in my pocket. Not sure how this is happening. Are you having this problem?

99% of pocket dials are caused by not locking the phone before putting it in your pocket. Thinking you did it isn't good enough. Gotta make sure it's locked before dropping it in a pocket.

I've had this happen a few times and it's always because I thought the phone was locked and it wasn't. Even when the phone is on the lock screen, if you don't confirm the padlock at the top is closed it's very easy to put it away unlocked
