Promise Pegasus R4/R6

Dear all,

I just bought a new promise R6 from the apple store, however I found that the serial number appeared on the box is different from the Promise Utility's Subsystem information's serial number. U guys may check yours. Is that normal?

That's not normal at all, and I'd exchange it tbh. Its possible someone did a swap and you may have a defective device. Just for peace of mind I'd get another.

Thanks for your suggestion. I bought it from Apple Online Store and this one is the second one because the first one is a defective one. I have to wait for another 2 weeks to get a new one, ai.........
