Just installed the new Safari Tech Preview (137) on Monterey 12.1. Finally, proMotion scrolling on M1 Pro MacBook seems fully up to speed in the browser. Much smoother than the Safari version that came on 12.1. Try it out. Reported in MacRumors here:
