proof. it also has proof of there still being a paid subscription due to the "Full member"

1) Huh?
2) Weak evidence of anything.
3) This isn't really related to iPhone.

Mine still says individual, its really no proof... but yess its possible

and not saying it is put thats also could be easily photoshopped especially since its so conveniently highlighted for us.

How is this proof?

I assume it says Full Member since you're not a 60 day trial user. Mine says "Family Pack - Member". I don't think this is any kind of proof of free mobile me.

There is a 60 day trial... I'm willing to bet that it would say "Trial Member" there if you were using that trial.

I hope you're right.
What did it display before? Just member?

no befor it simply said account type: individual

and then there are the family pack ones

full membership hasn't been seen before but it sure isn't proof

I also don't see this as proof of anything.

I think in the future they'll make the bookmark/contact sync features free to leverage more mobileme and iphone sales, but they'll still charge for the iDisk and mail features...

umm this isn't proof.
Mind says individual and my renewal (stacked codes so it auto-renews) just happened within the last 10 days.

I am set to renew in two months. I checked earlier today and the MobileMe preference pane said Individual Member. It now displays Full Member. This suggests some sort of change with MobileMe to be announced at WWDC.

Mine still says Family Pack - Master. I do hope there is a free version and a lower tiered version. I want one that just includes email, contacts and calendar sync and find my iphone/ipad for less $ Don't need the storage as I use other things for that. But if they only have the free (with email) and full I will still pay for it. I think mobileme is a good service. Been happy with it since i got it.
