So I recently got a USB tester and am going through all my cables and charging blocks.
The default Apple Charging Block outputs 5V/1A, so it stands that this should be what is outputted via a lightning cable.
What if the voltage is slightly lower or higher on either the block or cable?
What if the current is measurably lower or higher on either the block or cable?
I am also testing these cables through a fast charge port on an Anker power supply. Do all lightning cables support quick charge, and if so, what is the expected current (A)? What if it is less than expected?
Thank you!
