Hello,
I am setting up boot camp and Time Machine to back up files that will be used on the Mac side (CS5) and the Win side (AutoCAD, Revit).
Using Winclone I can save a disk image of the windows drive (NTFS only) on my mac disk for backup purposes.
For files that I will be using on both platforms should it have a FAT 32 partition (no grater than 32 Gb) so that both OSs can interact with these files? Is there a way to back these up using Time Machine?
As I am using 10.6.4, if this wiki entry is accurate (is it?), does the following mean I can have these files saved on the OS X disk and Time Machine will take care of them naturally?
Wikipedia:
Thanks in advance,
Jeff
PS Is all of this easier or harder in XP, Vista or 7?

Wikipedia:
Apple has released read-only HFS+ drivers for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 in Boot Camp in Mac OS X 10.6. Interestingly, Microsoft has created a HFS+ driver for the XBox 360 mainly for the purpose of reading HFS+ formatted iPods; however, there is no indication this code will be ported to Windows.[citation needed]
Thanks in advance,
Jeff
