iPhone 12 Pro ProRAW: how big of a difference?

Hey there,
I have a question to all of you who alrady worked with ProRAW and/or have some experience with photography in general.

The thing is, I‘m really torn between keeping my trusty iPhone 11 for another year and returning the 12 Pro or sticking with the 12 Pro. Well, it‘d be a really easy one if it wasn‘t for ProRAW. I don’t like the new design at all, don’t mind the LCD screen and won‘t use 5G anytime soon, but I‘m doing a lot of photography including editing in Lightroom.

Sooo... how big of a difference does ProRAW make in real life? Do you think that it - on its own - is a good reason to keep the 12P, even though I otherwise prefer my 11 hands down?
