Hi Everybody -

I don't understand what I could be doing wrong. I went to the iTunes store and selected iTunes Plus. iTunes went to work converting protected music to regular AAC files and moved the old stuff to a folder on my desktop.

However ....

For some reason I still have 584 Protected AAC Audio files in my directory and iTunes Plus says there are no more songs to convert.

Can someone help me?

I have the same problem. iTunes store tells me that I have upgraded to Plus but some songs are still Protected AAC Audio Files.

Are the unconverted files in question music that someone else bought and has authorized you to use?
