protecting a text file in the iPhone

I would like to protect a text file in the iPhone without password protecting the whole phone ,its a password file for downloads and would rather someone using my phone would not have access to it.
Any ideas--this file is text or pdf or could be epub

There is a lot of "Vault" apps in AppStore. I haven't tried any, so I can't really recommend any of them.
