Protection for rMBP 15.4"

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for some way to protect both the exterior as well as interior of my retina MacBook Pro. I was thinking a skin or something for the outside, but I can't find any that are clear (as well as hopefully high quality). As for the exterior, are there any cases?
