Just saw a tutorial online that suggests turning the Protune preset on as part of the post processing of a Protune video...Do most of you do this? I am coming home with some very flat videos (I know that's normal) and cant seem to find the happy place as it relates to post processing technique...any suggestions?

I use ProTune to avoid the 'GoPro look', i.e. over-sharpened and over-saturated. But it can fill up cards pretty quickly so it depends on the job. The flatter image also helps match it to other camera footage.

Challange......

OK, so to all of you experts who use Pro-Tune - how would I get from the standard Protune flat looking clip into a clip that would roughly colour match (not DOF, but colour curves etc.) a bog standard 5D3 Clip (out of the box settings) on FCPX?

I would really love to know this as I've tried pretty much everything I can think of with not much success!
