iPod touch Proxies?

I have a teacher at my school and she would like to be able to access the app store from school but its blocked.

is there a way to setup a proxy of some kind to unblock it?

i have access to a linksys wireless router thats in the room and a macbook pro or macbook both running leopard.

thanks

forgot to add she wants to be able to access the store from her ipod.
