Is there a version of proxifier for mac?

www.proxifier.com

or anything which does the same thing? (bypasses firewalls etc, I want to use bittorrent on my school network, i go to boarding school)

It looks like Proxifier now offers a Mac version, but does anyone know of any freeware alternatives?
