Proximity Sensor Glowing Red

A few Google searches yielded no credible information for me, but I am looking for information on what I presume to be the proximity sensor, which is glowing red. I have never noticed this on any of my previous iPhones, nor did I notice it last night. I use my phone in the dark quite often, and would have certainly noticed this before.

I see no problems with my phone, aside from what I think may be a rapid battery drain (possinly from my Rdio app), but if anyone has information on this, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

U should able to see it with infrared camera. It's on all the time due to Siri pick up feature.

That's just Siri keeping her eye on you. Nothing to worry about.

U should able to see it with infrared camera. It's on all the time due to Siri pick up feature.

I can see it with my naked eyes, and I have the pick up feature disabled (it's disabled by default, too)...
