I have a problem with the proximity sensor not working after replacing the power cable, which means the screen won't turn off during a call, I have looked at various fixes, and tried covering with a black marker pen, and a new UV foam sticker but it still doesn't work, has anyone that has repaired their iPhone 4 got any suggestions?

For anyone in a simular problem I bought another power proximity sensor cabel but this time from mendmyi ratehr than Ebay, I put this in today and it worked straight away, so beware of cheap Ebay sellers looks like all the parts might not be that great..
