Proxy Advice

Hi guys,

My dad currently works in Lithuania and the only thing he has is an internet connection and his mac, no TV or anything like that. Can anyone advise me on a Proxy program that would allow him to watch things like BBC iPlayer etc which only allow UK users to access?
