proxy option grayed out on safari 3 (xp)

just installed safari 3 on the school computers, admin and everything. and the proxy button is grayed out.. im stumped as what to do. any ideas?

If you set a proxy in the internet Options control panel, will Safari pick it up and use it? That would be consistent with the way it works on OS X.

its already in there.. cauz internet explorer uses the same proxy.. hhmm interesting

Heh. Maybe it's simply not implemented yet then. Mac Safari just uses that button to open up System Preferences, it doesn't have its own separate proxy setting.
