Proxy set up, dual network location?

Hello,
I got a little problem, when im at the university i need to change to some proxy settings, since im on through a VPN. Thats fine, but anoys me i have to change it all back, when i get home.

I searched abit and found that i was able to make dual network locations, which maybe could solve my problem. I.e make a "University" profile, and a "Everything else" profile. But im not sure if this is the best way, and if it is could someone help me set it up, since im not sure how i do so it will automatic use it?
