Proxy Switching Util

I need to switch on and off the proxy at work about fifty times a day (no joke!)
I am SOOOOO bored of going into the network settings close to 100 times a day!

Anyone know a little util that sits on the menu bar that can enable/disable proxy settings with a single click or something? (note this needs to be the OSX proxy settings, not just browser settings like the various firefox plugins available).
