PS Elements 4.0 Missing Buttons???

I may be missing something entirely obvious to fix this issue, but... The little red, yellow and green buttons to exit, minimize and maximize the application have disappeared from the upper left hand corner of PSE on my iMac. Any thoughts as to how to get them back? :eek:
