PS elements and IPhoto

Hi
I am using PS elements 10 to edit photo's, however I cannot seem to access photos held in iphoto. Any ideas as to how to do this? I can import the photos again but I'd rather just be able to edit the ones already held on my system and not have duplicates.

You could set Elements up as an external editor for iPhoto.
iPhoto > Preferences > Advanced > Edit photos:
This way iPhoto keeps your originals and edited pictures in its library.
