PS Elements on sale at Costo till 11/27/'11

I just bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 for PC and Mac at Costco for $49.99. It's $79.99 with an instant at the register $30.00 rebate. That price is good till 11/27/2011. It has both PC and Mac disks in the box.

Would you know if that version of the product still includes the Organizer?

AppStore version dropped it, and can't tell from Costco listing.

I just got installing it and when I click launchpad it show the Organizer as a icon.

I wonder why the Windows version takes 2 DVDs to install and the Mac version has it all on 1. Is the Windows version that bloated, or does it have more features?
