I am currently trying to get my PS3 controller working with RetroArch (1.0.0.2.1) and I have BTStack installed (along with Controllers For All - but I have that disabled). My PS3 controller is also successfully paired to my iPad.

I enable BTStack, then go into RetroArch and load a ROM, press the Space Invader Icon / Settings / Input Options / Change Device to SixAxis/DualShock3. I then press the PS Button on my controller and then then the PS3 controller connects (sometimes Light 1 illuminates, sometimes all 4 lights flash) and I can control the menu with the PS3 controller.

However, this only lasts for about a minute and then I can't control the emulator anymore, sometimes I can disable BTStack and reenable and it works again for a minute, but most of the time I need to restart my iPad.

I have tried installing RetroArch 1.0.0.1 however, when I run a ROM, I don't have any controller overlays showing on screen so I can't control the RetroArch menu's.

If I use Controllers For All, it seems to stay connected, but I cannot configure Start, Select or L3, R3 on the Controller?

I am running iOS 8.1.2 with TaiG jailbreak on my iPad Air 2.

Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?
