First thread & post on MacRumors since I just finished signing in.
Besides that, I just want to jump to the point where I use my Playstation EYE for the PS3 to make videos. When I export my videos from the PS3 via Flashdrive onto the mac, it won't go in iMovie or play in Quicktime. At this moment, I haven't tried other video applications like Final Cut Pro. I switched the video format from mp4 to avi but neither. When I click to play the video, a message comes up saying, "An invalid sample description was found in the movie." Is there any possible way I can put it on iMovie 08?

sounds like its just a formatting error, maybe try exporting to a whole bunch of formats and see what works.

iMovie and FCP will need a mp4 or .mov compatible file.
