I found one! most of you mac users will know that finding a ps3 theme creator is easy but a mac theme creator is a whole different story. well anyway I did find one and I made a tutorial on how to use it and I'm gonna post the tutorial on here to help all you Mac users in need of some theme creating so here it is! :
