Okay first post ever ...
I'm looking to hook up a PS3 to an Apple 27in display, but am unsure if it will work or not ... I'm thinking of using a Belkin Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable ... Everybody seems to have an opinion on the theory, but nobody seems to have actually done it ...
Has anybody actually linked their PS3 (or even XBox 360) to their Apple 27in display? And does it play well? Does it lag? Are their graphics issues?
Also, I want to use the display as a second screen for a new MacBook Pro, can that be plugged in at the same time or will I have to keep switching wires?
Overall, is it worth it? Or should I just stick with a TV? Bear in mind, cash isn't an obstacle or even a factor ... I know the Apple display is a lot more expensive but I don't mind.
Thanks for any replies and help
