If you couldn't see your latest Apple Card transactions in the Wallet app on your iPhone over the last 24 hours, try checking them again, because Apple says it has now fixed the issue.

Several users took to Reddit on Tuesday and overnight to voice their concerns, with many reporting that their Apple Card balance was up-to-date yet nothing new was appearing in the Latest Transactions column.

Usually, the last 10 transactions processed by Apple Card or any card added to the Wallet app for use with Apple Pay are displayed below the card. Users can tap an individual transaction for further details such as the time, date, and location for the purchase.

For whatever reason, some Apple Card users were not seeing this transaction history. Some speculated that Apple's recent iOS 15.5 software update was behind the bug, but other users who have not updated their iPhone were also experiencing the same problem.

However, according to Apple's System Status Page, Apple has resolved an issue where "some users may have experienced delays in receiving transaction notifications." If you're still not seeing your transactions, try force quitting the Wallet app and then re-launch it on your iPhone.

I keeps happening to me because I have my region set to Netherlands and not US and the transactions for Apple Card don't show until I switch the region, and then they remain.

Totally regarded in my view - apple is too much focused on regions and doesn't get that people travel and live somewhere else but still like to see their dates in particular format.

I don't think it has been resolved for me.

Apple makes incredibly sophisticated products like iPhones and Macs, with unbelievably complex manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics. But for some reason they have all kinds of trouble with comparatively simple stuff like back-end services software. Reminds me how companies usually have a core competency that they do very well and then lots of stuff they don't.

Hey Apple! Let us fckn rename the CARDS we add!!! So annoying you cannot add custom names to cards! Like I know all the numbers by heart.

Payments that I do on the Apple Watch don’t appear on the iPhone’s Wallet and viceversa, is that a feature or a bug? Else I think I’ll be calling upon the Reddit powers that fix.

This fix is cool and all, but I haven't seen Apple Card transactions in my Wallet app since November. Reaching out to Apple Support got me nowhere, eventually being ghosted in early March. I think this has something to do with Family Sharing, as my wife's iPhone with our shared Apple Card shows everything flawlessly. Apple makes great physical products, but their services side of the business is very lackluster.

That seems to be a brilliant feature.

And if you don't agree that it's brilliant then you are understanding it wrong.

Anybody noticing an issue where your iPhone freezes on the Apple Wallet screen?
Yes! I face an issue constantly where I select Apple Card and it shows the card and that's it, nothing loads. I restart the Wallet app and it still doesn't load anything for a moment. Or when I tap the card number area to see my new security code and the Wallet app freezes. I was hoping this article was addressing this issue...

Still bugged for me. Since March I've had at least 3 different transactions that appear for a couple days then disappear. All at locations maybe 15 minutes from my house so it's not even a cross region thing.

I wonder if they’ll ever fix the issue with other cards in wallet where transactions don’t show up - seems to be random.

This has been happening for at least two years. Sometimes, transactions made with wallet will give me a notification immediately (ie, what’s supposed to be normal), sometimes, not all. Sometimes when the notification doesn’t show up on the first transaction, when I make another one on that card, the notification for the earlier one shows up. Sometimes, the notification shows a completely different merchant than I’ve just used. Seems to be completely random.

This issue seems to affect at least multiple Chase cards, and my Amex. I’ve given up on this getting fixed ever.

I updated to iOS 15.5 on Monday, 05/16/2022, and lost the history of any transactions that posted to Apple Card in Wallet on that day. Transactions prior to and after 05/16/2022 are all showing up fine. I tried force-quitting the Wallet app to no avail. I also tried rebooting my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Apple Card support is having to open a technical support ticket to restore those transactions to Wallet. Thankfully, it didn't have an impact on my true Apple Card balance so it appears to just be a cosmetic transaction history listing type of thing. The representative I spoke with said she has seen this issue multiple times since iOS 15.5 came out.

The scary bit is that I made two Apple Card payments on that Monday, and I forgot to record the second transaction in Fudget (the app I use to track the float lag between when you commit a payment transaction and when it posts to your checking account). If I hadn't been checking my online bank account balance, I would have never noticed my error nor would I have caught the Wallet discrepancy.

Still not fixed. The transactions from that period still aren't reporting correctly on my iPhone. I'm off by nearly $1,000. Transactions that never posted are still there, and transactions that did post are missing.

I am assured by Apple Card support that this is somehow my fault.

Other support lies include:

Them: Do you mind checking if your iOS is updated to 15.5?
Me: It is not.
Them: I apologize about that (Name). You would actually have to update your device for you you to have full access to all your transactions.

Note that per Reddit, many other people who answered this same question by saying yes were told that the upgrade was the cause of their problem. (Which was still somehow their fault.) It's a question with no right answer used to get rid of people.

(a few minutes later, because they were so slow.)

Me: And I have updated the phone to 15.5. No change with respect to what it shows.
Them: The 15.5 update is large so you would have to allow a few hours for your Wallet to update (Name).

I asked to have the case escalated to an engineer, as suggested by the Reddit thread, and they silently "disconnected" me back to the "I can connect you with someone who can help, but I need to know your product before we continue" bot.

It is NOT fixed. I was seeing my transactions from September and before, now I see NOTHING. Not a single transaction on my iPhone 14 Pro.

This is still an issue now. Shared my account with my wife and now no transaction show up in my Apple Pay with my Apple Card. Updated my phone. Nothing. Spent an hour on with tech support and still couldn’t find the solution before I had to jump off the call for another meeting. Any one heard if Apple is working on a solution?
